Friendship is well known for its amazing music program. Co-directors Kevin Kelly (kkelly@uga.edu) and Nan McMurry (nmcmurry@uga.edu) have created an environment that celebrates a vast array of music genres and encourages participation from all interested. Whether you are a singer, a guitar player, play the recorder, or any other instrument, we have a place for you in our music ministry!
Chancel Choir
We are always looking for new voices for our Chancel Choir! Rehearsals are held weekly in our Sanctuary during the academic year (August to May), on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. If you love to sing and would like to be part of something truly special, contact Co-Music Director Kevin Kelly for more information on how you can participate.

Athens Chamber Singers
Founded in 1979, this auditioned choral ensemble, based in Athens, GA, is recognized for the quality of its musical performances, the diversity of its repertoire and the popularity of Yuletide dinners and Spring concerts.

The Friendship Community Choir has participated in five international concert tours, two performances at Piccolo Spoleto, and two concerts in Athens with choirs from Wales and Prague.
